A troubled character, he met Lee Harvey Oswald in 1955. While studying to become a priest, he will be expelled because of his homosexuality. He will become a licenced pilot and will work as a private detective for G. Wray Gill, Carlos Marcello’s attorney. He will also be linked to anti Castro organizations known to be financed by the C.I.A. It is through these activities that he’ll be tied to Guy Banister and Clay Shaw. Witnesses have testified that he threatened to kill Kennedy and that he was involved in the November 1962 shooting. He will be found dead in February 1967, a week after Jim Garrison’s investigation was revealed to the public. A short time after his death, it was revealed that he made phone calls to Montreal and Toronto a short time before Kennedy’s death. Furthermore, he was actually in Dallas on the day of the shooting and, when police will interrogate him on this matter, he will not give a lear answer.
