Earling Carothers «Jim» Garrison (1921-1992)

Shaw will be acquitted by the grand jury after less than an hour’s deliberations. Garrison’s main witness, Perry Russo, said - and later denied - that he was present at a party where the other guests were Oswald, David Ferrie and Shaw and where they alegedly talked about assassinating the President.
